Our Step-by-step Home Building Process

1. Initial Meeting

We know that building a home is a big decision, so we want to make sure we are the right fit for you. We will set up a meeting for you to sit down with the owner of Bedrock, Robert Vucelich, and he will discuss your hopes and plans.

2. Consultation

This meeting, we will pick out what home type is the best fit for you and your family and what lot you would like to build on. You’ll bring some of your favorite style homes and interiors, and we’ll nail down your style, needs, and ambitions.

3. Architect Drawing

We will take all your ideas to our architect team and have them draw up plans for your future home. On your next visit, we will ensure these blueprints match what you had in mind.

3. Sign the Contract & Build!

Once we have everything approved, we will walk you through a very simple contract and embark on your home building journey. We’ll keep you updated as the construction progresses and your dream is set in stone, or material of your choice.
